Frequently asked questions

Can every wear problem be solved with the same material?

No. Impact, friction, temperature and base material require different solutions. The method is selected after reviewing operating conditions.

Does hardfacing remove the need for a new part?

Hardfacing can restore the working surface of some parts, but geometry and damage level must be suitable. Repair or replacement is selected after technical assessment.

Can the application be performed on site?

Field application can be planned when equipment location, safe access and surface preparation are suitable. Final scope follows a site survey.
